My Family Tree Pillow Recipe on the Moda Bake Shop !!

Will someone pinch me?   Really!   I am so happy I can hardly contain myself....

I'm honored to share a tutorial for the Family Tree Quilted Pillow on the Moda Bake Shop today!

Do you remember this post?  I won a box of scraps of Family Tree by Deb Strain (for Moda) fabric.  I was very excited and immediately fell in love with the birds, paisley, and the colorways of Family Tree.

On that post I shared a design for a pillow....  and started thinking about publishing on the Moda Bake Shop.   I reached out for guidance from someone who had previously published on the Bake Shop (thank you Casey York), prepared a proposal, and it was accepted!!

Happy Dance!!

  80. I’m sorry I missed the giveaway. I was instantly inspired by this pillow. I am in the process of redecorating my spare bedroom. I am decorating with old family pictures and bibles that belonged to my parents and grandparents. My grandfather was a Methodist minister. I have the book he used when he married all of his children, grandchildren, and even some of the great grandchildren. He also used this book when he christened the babies in our family. I am going to make this into a wall hanging to mix in with the pictures. Thanks again for the inspiration.

  82. Really useful information. I am sure there are many people who are faced with the same problems I recently had. I couldn't find an online service for merging PDF files, but eventually I found a simple one. BTW, if anyone needs to merge PDF/PNG files online, I found a service here http://www.altomerge.com and also here PDFfiller.com
